RETURN WINDOW
you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

WHAT WE ACCEPT
· unworn, unwashed items
· original tags attached
· original packaging
· items in resellable condition

WHAT WE DON'T ACCEPT
· swimwear (hygiene reasons — sorry babes!)
· items marked FINAL SALE
· sale items discounted 30%+
· items damaged from wear, washing, or improper care
· returns requested after 14 days

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. email us at hello@dollylabel.com with your order number and reason for return
2. we'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. ship the item back using a trackable method
4. once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUNDS
refunds are issued to your original payment method.
please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
we currently don't process direct exchanges. if you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

RETURN SHIPPING
return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
received something wrong? we're so sorry. email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right 💕
